CHICAGO, IL, January 11, 2018 – Ex Libris®, a ProQuest company, and HighPoint Solutions are pleased to announce a strategic partnership that will provide a student app for the digital-native generation at institutions of higher education. The joint product will deliver consolidated functionality covering administration and student life and will facilitate teaching and learning via users’ mobile phone and, simultaneously, a web portal.
The partnership brings to market a comprehensive suite of products, including the Ex Libris campusM™ mobile campus solution. This cross-platform native mobile app and web portal consolidates campus-wide services such as learning management systems, library systems, and information guides. The HighPoint product set focuses on the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions platform and extends it, enhancing the user experience while offering significantly more features to support student success and retention.
The combined Ex Libris—HighPoint offering brings best-of-breed solutions from each vendor and is specifically designed to help institutions solve current student engagement challenges and other unique pain points. The personalized campus app platform, which consolidates systems from academic affairs to student life, will leverage the extensive HighPoint app to maximize an institution’s PeopleSoft investment.
