During my development days, I had managed to be involved in all facets of development, from UI to Backend. I was also luck enough to have led and built sizeable websites from the ground up. My last production code was actually in 2005. Those were fun times and I was really happy with the work I had accomplished, but I always knew that my passion was in managing and running a technical department. I slowly took on more leadership roles as my career progressed and have never looked back.
