This serves as a notification regarding the recent bankruptcy filing made by Swets Information Services B.V. (“Swets”) on September 23, 2014.  As you are aware, Swets serves in the capacity of a distributor to your institution for obtaining electronic products from ProQuest LLC.
 
First and foremost, we want to assure you that for any ProQuest products purchased up to this point, we will maintain your access so there is no disruption of service to you, our valued customer. 

That being said, going forward, we cannot extend the same degree of assurance that any pending or future payments made to Swets will be credited to ProQuest.  Considering the Swets filing, a ProQuest Account Manager for your region will be in touch with you regarding the situation.
