At ebrary and EBL, we’ve done a lot research and gathering of feedback in the form of customer surveys, focus groups and roadshows, and user testing.  We’ve successfully completed the first phase of transferring invoicing and publisher royalty payments from Ebooks Corporation to ProQuest, and this transition has been relatively smooth.

We're also growing our sales and support teams: Alex Jenner (Ebook Sales Specialist) joins Áine Rice (Ebook Regional Sales Manager) and Vanessa Gamet (Ebook Sales Specialist) in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, Igor Araujo joins us as an Ebook Sales Specialist for Latin America.

As always, we appreciate your input and support, and encourage you to contact EBL-ebrary@proquest.com with any questions or comments.
