Subscription Database Upgrades

Updated Product Portfolio

ProQuest is committed to building the strength and value of libraries. That means ensuring the products and services you rely on continually improve the research experience … while being simple for your library to manage.

To that end, we’re making important changes to many of our databases.

An upgraded, streamlined product portfolio is available for new database subscriptions.

  • Libraries will be able to see clear, consistent, product choices, making it easier to manage and work with our products.
  • Researchers will see their search results expand to relevant content in adjacent disciplines.

Better results

We are also rolling out several auto-upgrades to the new portfolio, which will be available to some customers shortly.

  • More full text – meaning more satisfied researchers
  • Better value – more usage and return on library investment
  • Less administration - fewer databases to manage
  • Improved research outcomes - discovery of relevant content in adjacent disciplines

You’re in the loop!

These upgrades vary by customer, and we will contact you directly with any changes well ahead of time.

If you’ve received notification about these changes, find out more about what this means for your library.
