Get Ready to Upgrade!
Over the next six to nine months, the ebrary and EBL platforms will be upgraded to Ebook Central: a full service ebook platform that delivers an intuitive and easy-to-use research experience as well as powerful acquisition and management capabilities.
Our goal is a smooth transition for you and your users.
- We will alert you four weeks ahead of your upgrade via email in the ProQuest Products Upgrades Digest.
- As the upgrade date gets closer, a ProQuest Ebook Central representative will be available to assist you and answer any questions you may have about your upgrade.

To that end, we’re making important changes to many of our databases.
An upgraded, streamlined product portfolio is available for new database subscriptions.
- Libraries will be able to see clear, consistent, product choices, making it easier to manage and work with our products.
- Researchers will see their search results expand to relevant content in adjacent disciplines.

We are also rolling out several auto-upgrades to the new portfolio, which will be available to some customers shortly.
