ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 22, 2007 - ProQuest CSA announced today the appointment of Simon Beale to senior vice president of global sales, Mark Hyer to vice president of sales for North America, and Terry Robinson to vice president of sales for EMEA and Latin America.

"Leadership of our sales organization is critical to the future growth of our company," said Matt Dunie, president of ProQuest CSA.  "Simon, Mark, and Terry have regularly made major contributions to the organizations they have led over the years.  We are fortunate to have them on our team as we move our new company forward."

Since 1993, Mr. Hyer held various sales and management positions within the CSA organization and was most recently Vice President, Worldwide Sales. He built a sales organization that grew from a handful of people to more than 70 customer-facing positions over a short period of time.  Mr. Hyer holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from James Madison University.

Terry Robinson has been named vice president of sales for EMEA and Latin America, reporting to Simon Beale.  Mr. Robinson has over 20 years experience in publishing and related fields and has worked and lived in Canada, Europe, and Asia.
