Champignons du Tonkin

Illustrations of Fungi in the Farlow Reference Library with the Mycological Papers of N.T. Patouillard Introduction by D.H. Pfister.
In a series of papers from 1890-1928, N.T. Patouillard described a number of species of fungi from Southeast Asia. These fungi were collected by missionaries, businessmen, and scientists and now represent some of the few existing samples of higher fungus flora from this area. Together, the published descriptions, the previously unpublished illustrations and the illustrations in the Patouillard Herbarium provide a starting point for any work in Asian mycology. The articles and watercolour paintings are reproduced on monochrome and colour microfiche respectively.
