From the Academy of Sciences Library, St. Petersburg, the NEP Rare Editions from BAN collection contains volumes relating to the NEP period of Soviet History (1921-1928). All the editions originally were classified as spetskhran—restricted access. The collection includes many important economic and political treatises.
