Teatro Español delSiglo de Oro contains hundreds of important works from The Golden Age (1500-1700), the crowning glory of Spain's intellectual and artistic achievements.

Teatro Español del Siglo de Oro offers digital access to full-text works by 16 major authors, including Lope de Vega, Miguel de Cervantes, Calderón de la Barca, and Tirso de Molina.

The entire text of each play is included. The coding has been adapted for dramatic works, allowing users to limit searches to specific elements of the plays. Researchers can browse the complete list of dramas in the database and then select any work for display, starting at the beginning or going directly to a particular act and scene.

Users can also browse indexes of authors and titles. The interface is available in both English and Spanish.
