The author catalog gives the titles of plays or serial episodes along with transmission and telerecording dates and extensive cross- referencing of adaptors and translators. Information in the title catalogue includes the series, author, producer, directors, length of program, number of characters, telerecording and transmission dates, and station. This makes it easy to discover, for example, when particular plays were first broadcast. Accompanying the catalogs is a chronological list of transmitted plays which allow users to scan quickly through the television drama output of a relatively long period of time.
Libraries are in a dynamic environment – “transformation” is a not just a goal but a mantra; it requires comfort with change.
