Overview

Over 7,500 index cards in this collection record the genealogical history of the inhabitants of Hanover, New Hampshire. Dr. Gilman Dubois Frost (1864-1942), physician and genealogist, meticulously compiled these records that include statistics dating back to the town's founding in the mid-18th century.

These archival records constitute a tremendous resource for the study of the history of Hanover, its surrounding region, and New England.
