Roosevelt, Henry Morgenthau was both a witness to and a key participant in the domestic and international developments of the Roosevelt presidency. Morgenthau_s Presidential Diaries_which includes transcripts of Cabinet meetings, minutes of conferences with the President, and memoranda and working papers_is a major source on the FDR years.
