Ashley Shnapier, head of field marketing for Latin America and the Caribbean at ProQuest, said: “We are committed to ensuring we provide the very best experience for our valued customers. Our new Portuguese portal enriches our service to our customers in Brazil with materials that enable them to more effectively promote the library within their institutions and better manage the library’s collection.”
The new portal mirrors the look and feel of the global ProQuest website with many similar features. It will also contain the existing popular local language blog posts, keeping visitors up to date on news and events taking place in Brazil. The local portal includes a link to the main ProQuest website for easy access to the breadth of information available at the company’s global site.
