Faculty and students gain access to the largest multidisciplinary resource for research, teaching and learning

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, June 26, 2019 – Christian Heritage College (CHC) in Brisbane, Australia has selected ProQuest One Academic as a single solution to improve research, teaching and learning outcomes for faculty and students. It’s the first institution in the Australia/New Zealand region to adopt the newest product from educational technology leader ProQuest.

ProQuest One Academic combines more than 250 years of curated content across journals, ebooks, video, dissertations and newspapers. Spanning more than 175 subjects, all content is available and cross-searchable within a single interface. A review in ccAdvisor described the product as offering “both substance and style. ProQuest is about as intuitive as it gets."

“CHC has an active research culture, and a resource like ProQuest One Academic has been long-awaited by both our faculty and students,” said Stephen Morton, Senior Librarian at CHC. “All our users may now turn to this single source to access content across all of our major disciplines, including business, education, humanities, liberal arts, social sciences and ministries.”

“Multidisciplinary, multi-format content has become increasingly crucial for today’s scholars, and with ProQuest One Academic, CHC is able to address the evolving needs of both its faculty and students,” said Jim Holmes, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at ProQuest. “We’re pleased to partner with CHC to improve access to information across their community.”
