When researchers come to the library, they want their discovery tool to be in their native language. The Summon™ service user interface now supports ten new languages – including three scripts that read from right to left – bringing the total of user interface language options to 25.
The new languages include: Arabic, Farsi, French-Canadian, Greek, Hebrew, Korean, Russian, Thai, Turkish and Welsh. These are in addition to the previously supported user interface languages: English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Icelandic, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Swedish, and Spanish.
Also, enhancements have been made to the Dutch, French, German, and Japanese language translations.
