Our efforts to improve e-resource management and assessment continue in the coming weeks as we prepare to launch enhancements to both 360 Resource Manager and 360 Counter. The enhancements provide additional opportunities for customers to import and export data in ways that streamline their workflows and present new ways to leverage stored data within each service.
Here are a couple of the more notable enhancements scheduled to be released to our ERM services:
- Cost Upload Enhancements for 360 Resource Manager and 360 Counter: Clients will be able to add/update their cost information in bulk and make it easier to take advantage of cost reporting and assessment by building workflows for bulk editing and cost data application.
Each of these developments is the result of feedback and requests from clients, and reflects our continued commitment to improve our services to help libraries worldwide. Clients can stay up to date on all release activities across our services within our Support Center.
For more information about these services and how they can streamline workload at your library, contact us. We also encourage you to register and attend one of our upcoming webinars to learn more about these services or our latest enhancements.
