These releases focused on helping libraries maintain an up to date knowledgebase and making it easier to evaluate and track available usage statistics.
Knowledgebase Notifications in the Client Center
Keep your knowledgebase up-to-date and streamline workflows by staying informed of and responding to knowledgebase changes through a new Client Center notifications page. In one centralized Client Center location, with alerts also posted on the Client Center home page, you can quickly identify knowledgebase updates that are specific to your library’s subscribed collection and which require action. This development ensures that you don’t miss important information affecting your management and discovery services.
360 Counter Enhancements
Several user interface enhancements help users further streamline workflows and make it easier to evaluate and track available usage statistics. With improvements to the 360 Counter landing and summary pages, users can spend less time, with fewer clicks, in getting the information they need and take the actions they need to take. They can easily, quickly identify available data, spot gaps, and filter or sort more efficiently, request updates, make corrections and more!
