Welcome to the May 2015 ProQuest Literature & Arts content update, focused on keeping you informed of the scholarly and research material included in ProQuest’s literature and arts databases.

This update contains content changes from January 2015 through March 2015 for ProQuest Arts & Humanities Full Text, International Index of Music Periodicals (IIMP FT), and Literature Online (LION).

Full-text journal coverage changes
In the first three months of 2015, ten full-text publications were added to our Literature & Arts databases including Fashion and Textiles (abbreviated as FATE) from Springer. Researchers can expect active coverage on fashion/clothing science and the textiles supply chain. FATE is a strong interdisciplinary title and will be useful for researchers in business, environmental science, and material science.

Platform technology updates
Full-text indexing of ProQuest scholarly journals in Google Scholar is expected later this year. The collaboration between Google and ProQuest enables authenticated ProQuest users to be recognized when they search using Google Scholar, directly connecting them to full-text scholarly content in their libraries’ collections.
