Abstract
In recent years, Sino-US trade friction has been escalating, and the Sino-US trade war in 2018 has officially sounded the alarm[1]. As one of the key links, energy trade is difficult to stand alone in this trade war. In terms of energy, technology and talents in the oil, gas and energy industries are likely to be affected.
