Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered a big turning point for the financial industry. Introducing Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) enhances the capability of all the areas where AI shows its power. The development of AGI is directly proportional to the need for more advanced automation by enhancing the features quick responsive, customization/personalization and the refined decision making capabilities in different industries. The current study aims to discuss the respondent's views on the adoption of an AGI-enabled Sustainability, Quick responsiveness, Risk management, Customer-centric, and Data privacy (SQRCD) system in Digital Financial Inclusion System (DFIS). A total of 630 responses were collected from the respondents belonging to 90 different finance institutes. The result shows that SQRCD had a significant positive relationship with the attitude to adopt an AGI enabled-SQRCD system. The three cultural dimensions of Hofstede’s theory power distance index, collectivism-individualism, and uncertainty acceptance are also taken as moderators. The effect of moderators is seen in the different relationships. The study develops a direct hypothesis to analyze the adoption of a new financial system which includes the mentioned factors. The result of the study is beneficial in the development of a renewed financial system where the mentioned parameters are essential for Industry 5.0.
