Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane announced on Monday Ikano Bank as its latest financial services customer in Europe.
The solution will be implemented in collaboration with relationship marketing specialist Kaplan, one of Neolane's partners in the Nordic countries. No financial details were disclosed.
According to the company, the bank will implement the Neolane platform to help it increase the effectiveness of its marketing communications through building closer, more personalised relationships with its Nordic customers and enabling it to manage cross-channel marketing campaigns.
To help define campaign processes, Ikano Bank will be supported by Neolane's user-friendly visual workflow engine.
As well as using Neolane itself, the bank will use the platform to offer a new service to its retail partners. The service will allow the partners to gain more insight about their customers, enabling them to improve and to personalise their communications.
