S&P places Infinity Premier on CreditWatch after deal with NationsBuilders Insurance

Standard & Poor's Ratings Services on May 31 placed its A long-term counterparty credit and financial strength ratings on Infinity Premier Insurance Co., a unit of Infinity Property and Casualty Corp.'s Infinity Insurance Co., on CreditWatch with negative implications.
