In a sense the art design is the process of " graphic language "and" graphic language ".Designer should keep on seeking, digging and creating the best visionlanguage to express the art design concept of intra-personal communication. The digital media come forth in the late 20th century as there is a revolution in society environment. The extension of modern art design is being enriched by internet, digital art, digital media and multimedia ad videos as being challenged by them. The diversity of concept of vision indicates that the way of the new vision communication will weaken the difference of the diverse classical design methods, and the art design will integrate the variety of studies. To the computer graphics, the pixel is as the atom to the world. The development of the technology makes the computer world colorful. Pixel art develops greatly when portable devices are more and more powerful and the MMS comes out. Pixel does not only act a symbolist icon but create a simple world, more and more people express themselves via pixel art. Pixel art will be a symbol of this epoch as a new vision language in the circumstances.
