Abstract (summary)
Enterprise informazation is the enterprises of our country to meet the global economic integration trend and the need of socialist market economic development of our country under the push of modern IT development and international information-based level of the enterprise and a kind of means to optimize enterprise resources distribution. There are some questions in the management in YingKou Electric Power Survey & Design Institute that can be reformed and solved effectively through the management information system. For the Design Unit, the application of the management information system is to improve the competitive power and accelerate the development. The management information system of YingKou Electric Power Survey & Design Institute was developed on the actual management conditions of the Institute and applied the method of life period and prototype of software engineering. At first, introduced relevant concepts related to the management information system, illustrated the significance of the system and determined the system development method; Secondly, through system investigation, established the systematic goal, set up systematic logic model and made overall analysis to the system with data dictionary and inquiry requirement analysis; The third part is about the systematic environment, function module and the detailed design process; Finally at the stage of implementation and management of the system, introduced the systematic debugging and transferring process emphatically. By running the system to introduce how the system influenced the organization and appraised the system at the same time. The Management Information System is developed on the basis of abundant research of the actual conditions of the management of the Design Institute and laid particular emphasis on the practical application result. The system structured on the basis of LAN of computer, adopted Windows 2000 server (Chinese version) as the network operating system and Browser-Server (B-S) structure, used ASP script environment to debug and develop. The interface of the system is user-oriented, friendly and simple, the system has such characteristics as easy to use, safe and reliability, high-efficient and easy to maintain, etc.
企业信息化是我国企业在现代信息技术发展和国际信息化浪潮的推动下,适应全球经济一体化趋势和我国社会主义市场经济发展的需要。信息化管理的目的是改善企业的管理水平,优化企业资源配置的一种手段。营口电力勘察设计院目前管理过程中存在的一些问题,可以借助管理信息系统进行变革并有效解决。管理信息系统的应用也是设计单位为提高竞争能力、加快发展步伐必须解决和深入研究的问题。 营口电力勘察设计院管理信息系统是我从设计院目前管理的实际现状出发,应用软件工程的生命周期法和原型法开发的一套管理系统。本文首先介绍了管理信息系统的相关概念,阐明了系统开发的意义,并确定了系统开发的方法;其次通过系统调查,确立了系统的目标,建立了系统的逻辑模型,并通过数据字典、查询需求分析等对系统进行了全面的分析;第三部分是系统的环境、功能模块以及详细设计过程;最后在系统的实施和管理阶段,着重介绍系统的调试和转换过程,通过系统运行说明了系统给组织带来的影响,同时对系统进行了评价。 设计院管理信息系统侧重实际应用效果,系统构建在计算机局域网的基础上,采用Windows 2000 Server(中文版)为网络操作系统,采用浏览器-服务器(B-S)结构,使用ASP脚本环境调试开发。系统界面面向用户,友好、直观,系统具有易用性、安全可靠性、高效性、易维护性等特点。
