Their article, "A Union of Amateurs: A Legal Blueprint to Reshape Big- Time College Athletics," explains how state labor laws could allow college athletes to unionize-and get paid- for the economic benefits they generate for their schools and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). It will be published this August by the Buffalo Law Review.
