Abstract

EM is much more than emergency doctors, as Dr. [Germa]'s article so eloquently states, and requires capable hands, advocacy, and resources. We share his excitement for its future in the Ethiopian context. By involving teachers from both EM streams in Canada, American partners, and nursing faculty to address the needs identified by our Ethiopian partners, we anticipate an expression of EMas strong and unique as the country itself.
