The market has swung between dark clouds and great expectations this year but now we seem to be cautiously optimistic and the mood could improve if a solution was found to the bewildering array of fees, says Andrew Montlake, director, Coreco Group
By my reckonings, this is the 42nd Market Watch I have written, which represents one for every one of my years up to now. I know I look older but we have all aged over the past five years.
At the beginning of the year there was muted optimism, which since then has gone through everything from great expectations to dark clouds of worry but we now stand again cautiously optimistic.
