The firm buys and manages distressed assets in CEE and has teamed up with Patron in a doom fund
This summer Guernsey-based investor and fund manager Revetas Capital Advisers teamed up with Patron Capital Partners to invest in up to euroioom (£78111) of distressed assets in central and eastern Europe.
Eric Assimakopoulos, managing director of Revetas, says: "Revetas has a unique platform that combines a strong asset management team in the region with access to capital. The strategy will support banks, investors and local owners to recapitalise, restructure, and deleverage properties throughout CEE."
Established in 1999, opportunistic European real estate managers Patron has advisory offices in the UK and Luxembourg and operations in Germany, Italy, Spain and Poland. The company represents euro2.3bn of capital across several funds and related co- investments, from universities, institutions, private foundations, and high net worth individuals across North America, Europe and the Middle East.
As part of the arrangement, Patron's Keith Breslauer joined Revetas' advisory committee.
