Boulder SEO Marketing, an Internet marketing agency and a division of Froggy Marketing LLC, hired Jen Battista as account director and Greg Noonan to oversee the company's content marketing. Battista will lead client services on marketing strategy. She has more than 10 years of experience in the natural-food and outdoor industries. Noonan has a background in technical writing, having worked as a research scientist at CIRES, a University of Colorado co-op within the U.S. Department of Commerce and NOAA.
Kate Rubsamen was promoted to client-services manager at The Creative Alliance, a Lafayette-based marketing and design firm. She was hired in 2011 as a client-services assistant.

Monica M. Baldwin, a Raymond James financial adviser and president of Main Street Investments Inc. in Longmont, was named a member of Raymond James' 2013 Executive Council. The appointment honors financial advisers who demonstrate an "extremely high level of commitment to clients through personal service and professional integrity." This is the ninth straight year Baldwin has qualified for the council.
Michael O'Hern was named senior vice president for organization at Superiorbased Key Equipment Finance Inc., an affiliate of KeyCorp. (NYSE: KEY). O'Hern has more than 20 years of experience in the field, most recently as national manager of commercial bank operations and chief operating officer at Chase Equipment Finance.
Lori G. Frasier, senior vice president of strategic services for Key Equipment Finance in Superior, a bank-held equipment finance company, was named chairwoman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association's Financial Institutions Business Council Steering Committee. Frasier has served as a member of this committee for the past two years. The committee provides input on the direction of the association and serves as a bridge between the membership and the board of directors and staff.
