Abstract

Distance education leads us to value its antecedents and experiences in order to consolidate new educational proposals supported on technological innovations leading to the establishment of a more dynamic learning and teaching process; with this change of altitude the student become: the center of the whole plani-jication process. That is reason why the instructors must value their tasks in global and specific terms in the frame of the distance model, so as to implement their programs with more sensitivity and dedication. The dis¬tance education institutions are facing challenges that will transform their tasks and will lead them in diffe¬rent ways as they scientifically experience the success or failure of their attempts.
