An 11-year-old boy with osteosarcoma, who had previously undergone treatment with vincristine and etoposide [routes and durations of treatment to reaction onset not stated], developed anaphylaxis while receiving methotrexate.
The boy was admitted with Ewing's sarcoma and at first treated with a combination of vincristine 1.5 mg/m2, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and with a second course of etoposide 150 mg/m2 and ifosfamide.
