Today, people are face to face with a world which is full of difficulties which make their presence felt in every part of life. On the one hand these difficulties bring out the energy needed for the continuation of life, on the other hand they can leave a person with no energy and make him/her desperate, helpless and vulnerable. The burnout concept became important after the second half of the 19th century. In this study, the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on burnout was measured and for this purpose, a survey study was conducted in Selçuk University Meram Medical Faculty Hospital and the results of the study were evaluated.

1. Introductõon
Today management understanding of enterprises is important for affecting employees'attributes and behaviors. The success of institution and enterprises is related with how they satisfy with their jobs like employees'efficiency. To be effective enterprises should make the works alluring for employees, should make them work for a long time in organization and should also motivate them to perform their duties at best. But this is not enough, so it is necessary that employees should be satisfied with the subjects such as management understanding of enterprise, internal relations, reward systems, work done, etc.
Worker's unsatisfaction causes exhaustion in organization. Exhaustion is a negative experience, and is resulted with mutual interaction between a person and one's environment. It is a reply to chronic work stres. It is observed that exhaustion can be classified in different groups to definitions of exhaustion in terms of level, shape and institution for individuals working on people. As a result of negative evaluation for individuals about themselves, a decrease is observed in senses of achievement and competence for one's work and for one's relations between persons one meets due to the work. Individuals who think not to make progress in their works and even to become worse, feel as criminals by themselves.
Especially in sectoral balance between production and consumption, it is clear that one's personality, mental health and state of mind directly affect all employees of the sector as a person at first within any position or added value.
