A 39-year-old woman developed a decreased Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score following an overdose of olanzapine; she subsequently developed agitation associated with lipid emulsion treatment.
The woman, who had a previous diagnosis of schizophrenia, ingested olanzapine 100mg. She underwent a gastric lavage and received charcoal. Three hours after ingesting the overdose, she presented with a GCS score of 10, while tests revealed...
