Decree coram BOCCAFOLA, 6 April 1992 (Rome)1
The undersigned Father Auditors of the Turnus, legitimately gathered at the seat of this Apostolic Tribunal on 6 April 1 992 in order to resolve the question: Whether or not the vetitum against entering into a new marriage without consulting this Apostolic Tribunal imposed on the man petitioner by Us in the definitive sentence of 27 February 1989, should be lifted, issued this decree.
1. The outline of the case together with the procedural vicissitudes has been sufficiently explained in Our sentence of 27 February 1989.
The petitioner presented on 22 April 1991 a petition requesting the lifting of the vetitum imposed by the sentence. After consulting the defender of the bond and the substitute promoter of justice, it was decided to seek out a new expert report on the psychological condition of the man.
Then Prof. M. prepared the expert report on 1 7 July 1991 , and concluded: "The disorder of borderline which emerges from the observations very pertinent to psychology and from the psychological and character traits noticed by me during the course of my very articulate and careful examination, also because of the complex and peculiar nature of the case, leads me to conclude with moral certitude that the subject examined is not affected today by any...
