Contract notice: sup3021 - lift maintenance, testing and repair service to passenger lifts and hoists.

The service required will be fully comprehensive with no exclusions and shall include a monthly maintenance regime, 24 hour call-out with a 1 hour response time in emergencies, repairs when required and Annual LG1 inspections.

To carry out the routine planned preventive servicing, preventive and reactive maintenance and repair of 45 Lifts. Located over 3 buildings and 2 sites.

The lift types range from simple service hoists to bed and passenger lifts with group control systems.

The age range is from 12 years to newly installed gearless lifts.

The service required will be fully comprehensive with no exclusions and shall include a monthly maintenance regime, 24 hour call-out with a 1 hour response time in emergencies, repairs when required and Annual LG1 inspections.

There will be a permanent lift engineer on site during the working hours of 0830 1630.

There will also be monthly operational contract management meetings.
