ABSTRACT

The study is descriptive correlation. The study population consisted of primary education administrators "semnan" provinces "50" female and "50" male managers were selected by random sampling. And measurement tools in this study, two questionnaires and the time it was blake and moton existences ... the data were analyzed using the " SPSS" software results showed that: managers of high emotional intelligence and team of styles, human and organizational and club use, there is no relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership style. Managers with significant difference between the three documents and the license manager is better. Between different web styles autocratic managers and executives with graduate degrees from three significantly different than style they use. No relationship between leadership styles and ages of directors does not exist. The second category of realism and flexibility and older managers more flexibility and realism at an earlier age than other groups of managers.
