What it does: Advertising agency known for ad campaigns that go viral on the Internet
HOW IT GREW: For seven-year-old boutique advertising firm Droga5, this past year was about scaling up its edgy, interactive approach and applying it more to big mainstream brands. For Prudential, Droga5 continued its "Day One Stories" initiative, a series of 30- and 60-second TV commercials that document bits of the first day of retirement of real people.
