Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify what the teacher's perceptions are on organizational cynicism (OC) and organizational silence (OS) and whether these views change according to gender, years of experience and years of office in organization. Also it's tired to define if there is meaningful relation between teachers' views on OC, OS and its sub-dimensions. Within the scope of this study, OC and OS scale were applied to 90 teachers working in 10 different transportational teaching schools in Bolu. In the analysis of researchfindings, percentage, frequency, avarage, Standard deviation, t-test, Kruskal Wallis and correlation analysis were used. According to the findings of the research; there is not a significant difference between the teacher's levels of OC, OS and gender, years of experience and years of office in organization. However, it's found that there is avarage positive relation between OC level of teachers and school environment, source of OS and isolation. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
