Abstract
This research describes the relationship between work environment and organizational performance mediating role of job satisfaction in textile sector in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Structure questionnaire was used to collect the data from employees and managers in textile industry and 170 respondents. Work environment enhances the satisfaction level of employees, productivity and perform the job effectively. Work environment provides facility to satisfy employee's work performance in time, achieve targets, quick work, elimination of errors, trust, develop new ideas, job commitment, productivity and enhances the organization performance. The work environment is better for organizing to lead in the market. In this research for the purpose of developing the framework and to check the significant relationship between the working environment on organizational performance the mediating role job satisfaction of employees is studied. The consequence that the organization's advancement in environmental policies to improve the organization performance. Researches finding to show that the work environment has significant effect on organization performance form textile sector in Pakistan.

1. Introduction
This study, based upon identification of variable relationships between working environment and the organization's performance, a mediating role of employee job satisfaction. Working environment is a stream research which copes with employee's job satisfaction to increase the organization's performance like growth, profit, market share and competitor. Better working environment satisfies employees to increase production, which effects the working environment as there are many other likes, height, air, temperature, working hours, work place, time pressure, computer equipment, health and safety, friendly environment within the organization. Employees are satisfied with the working environment with low turnover rate of another organization. Global customers demand safe environment and better quality products, after that mostly organization is spending 50% investment of working environment and outlook office environment to increase employee satisfaction in the job.
Organizations' performance plays an important role in work environment for the reasons that it influences employees are busy in job work (duties). If any organization found that their low level employees do not work in a proper way then they have to provide them training, change the duties; provide a better work place and friendly supervision.
