Cardiovascular Effects of Intensive Lifestyle Intervention in Type 2 Diabetes Original Article, N Engl J Med 2013;369:145-154. In the stub column of Table 2 (page 150), under Secondary outcomes, the second entry should have read, “Death from any cause, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or hospitalization for angina,” rather than “Death from any cause, nonfatal myocardial infarction, or nonfatal stroke.” The article is correct at NEJM.org.
