Abstract: Human beings operate in a complex world, in time and space, physical, social and cultural life. In this context we interact on a daily basis to each other in one way or another through interpersonal communication, with reaction more or less predictable in terms of interpersonal perception, individual emotions, education, culture, attitudes and behavior. Usually our mind, selects, organizes and interprets messages both consciously and subconsciously, consistently producing objective and subjective reflections, realistic or imagined world. Being "a fundamentally psycho-social interaction" between people, interpersonal communication is achieved through the continuous exchange of messages,representing a promoter of training, development of the interpersonal relationships of completion or with each other.

1. Introduction
Interpersonal communication involves the simultaneous interaction between two people as a basic element of human relations in a society, most of the time it affects the way we relate to others. Generally, we communicate with each person according to the expectations that we have from that relationship. On the other hand, interpersonal communication takes place and evolves over time, as people get to know each other better, share experiences and empathize in a lower or higher grade. Among people who are in a dyadic type of relationship, as the personal relationship develops, the interpersonal communication evolvesand can acquire an instrumental character, focusing on personal issues, thereby defining the character and intensity of the relationship.
To be able to communicate effectively, interpersonal communication must be appropriate according to the type of the relationship between persons in interaction, and this relationship is, in turn, determined by the behavior and attitudes developed by the two actors involved in the communication process. On the other hand, the quality of communication depends largely on the type and degree of perception as well as the emotional state of the moment and context in which the communicative interactioncarries out.
2. The perception process
Perception is the process by which individuals select, organize and interpret their sensory impressions in order to give meaning to their environment.
