ILLINOIS: Property Tax: Mobile Home Sale-in-Error Provisions Amended

Abstract

Under S.B. 3027, the Illinois Mobile Home Local Services Tax Enforcement Act is amended to require courts to declare the sale of a mobile home owned by certain governmental entities to recover delinquent property taxes to be a sale in error and to require county collectors in certain circumstances to declare a sale in error.
