Abstract
Introduction
Todd's palsy is focal weakness in a part of the body after seizure, if focal motor seizure which affects one side of the body. It's basically transient weakness after partial seizure. Weakness may last complete to partial paresis.
Objective
The aim is to study the effect of targeted exercises in Todd's Palsy
Case report
A case study of 20 years female with the history of five episodes of seizures within 3 days followed by sing and symptoms of hemi paresis leading motor function and well as balance , gait problems . A patent was managed by targeted exercises e.g strengthening, coordination, balance and gait training. Berg Balance Score and Tinetti gait components and FIMS were used to measure the pre and post for seven days.
Conclusion: Targeted exercises were effective for restoration of motor function
