A 51 -year-old man developed bradycardia and sinus arrest while receiving ticagrelor, carvedilol and ivabradine [routes not stated] concomitantly.
The man presented to an emergency department with an anterior ST-elevation myocardial infarction. He received a loading dose of both ticagrelor 180mg and aspirin.
