Two men experienced atrial flutter with 1:1 conduction while receiving propafenone or flecainide [dosages, routes and times to reaction onsets not stated].
A 72-year-old man had a history of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation; he had recently started receiving propafenone. He presented to an ER with palpitations and dizziness.
