Abstract
Maulana Azad Minorities Financial Development Corporation (MAMFDC) is a state channelizing agency of National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation incorporated in September 2000. Its objective is to finance religious minorities though various schemes for their economic and educational development. The present paper focuses on performance analysis of MAMFDC in relation to number beneficiaries and fund disbursed to minorities throughout the State from 2004 to 2012. The study is based on secondary data of Corporation that which has been analyzed with the help of table and graphs. Paper is concluded with proper findings and researcher 's minute observations.

Introduction
Under the Prime Ministers new 15 point programme of Central Government, a National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (NMDFC) was established in 1994. The main objective is to extend financial support for promoting economic development activities among religious minorities such as Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Pasis and Jains. It has 35 state channelizing agencies all over the country, Maulana Azad Minorities Financial Development Corporation (MAMFDC) is a State channelizing agency incorporated in Maharashtra on 28^ September, 2000 under the companies Act. 1956. Its head office is at old custom house, Mumbai. It has six divisions in Maharashtra i.e. Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, Aurangabad, Nagpur and Amravati. Each division covers five to eight districts and functions through district level offices.
Statement of Problem
From 1994, Central government through NMDFC and its 35 State Channelizing agencies extending financial help to empower minorities all over country. In Maharashtra, MAMFDC has been operating from 2000, and till March 2012 only 48556 Minorities have benefited with 18.67 lakhs rupees. This figure constitute only a 0.25% of State minority population, is not satisfactory. Further it is not clear that how many of them have really financially empowered. Therefore, it is essential to conduct research on the various aspects of MAMFDC.
Objectives of the study
1. To analyze division-wise performance of MAMDFC in relation to growth of beneficiary minorities from 2004 to 2012 in Maharashtra
2. To analyze the division-wise fund disbursed for major lending schemes of corporation from 2004 to 2012
