ABSTRACT
The present study is an analytical study about 35 different countries, from statistics of OECD website to moderate and analyze the well-being indexes and economic sectors of them by "forgotten effects" model.
This study is based on compare and combine 3 parts of economic sector and 11 indexes of well-being. The forgotten effects model let us to study some effects of these two items on each other that maybe they are not visible and explicit and usually not paid directly, with creating a new matric based on a combination of these two.
This methodology makes easier and more confident to analyze each effects that exist between two studied items.
This modeling process will allow to know which economic sectors contribute most to the well-being of the population. Governments know more to better invest the resources of a country.

1. INTRODUCTION
The concept of incidence analysis arises from the problems posed by relations of cause and effect. The concept of incidence is associated with the idea of effects the elements of a set on the elements of another set, or the elements of a set on themselves (Gento et al., 1999).
The incidence relation can be expressed and considered by a matrix and to include all degrees incidence matrices considered blurred, for purposes of enter a nuanced valuation between zero and one, including all values belonging to the interval [0, 1]. When only using an incidence matrix, the analysis corresponds to an incidence of first order (Gento et al., 1999).
The concept of incidence, which as Kaufmann and Gil Aluja (1989), is found in all the actions of human beings and it is a very simple notion, deserves to be analyzed with some carefully, because by being so natural it is often forgotten will take it into consideration when reflecting, as it is virtually automatic in thought. Incidences continue the authors, are propagated in a network of chains in which omitted many steps and conclusions are forgotten. Even when is a group of people that pose the incidents oversights and omissions produce these effects often lead to unfavorable side relative to the decisions made. Appear as well, the...
