Prague, June 3 (CTK) - The 70th Prague Spring International Music Festival, which ends today, has offered more than 40 concerts, a number of which were the highlights of the season, and it has kept its high attendance of some 90 percent, while 38 events were sold out, the organisers have told CTK.
As a gesture of reconciliation marking the 70th anniversary of the end of World War Two, the festival was for the first time in history opened by a German orchestra.
