Tenders are invited for Airport Hangar Project I
A Bid Bond must be included for each project that is submitted in the amount of not less that five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. A Georgia Resident Agent must countersign all bonds. A 100% performance bond and 100% payment bond will be required of the contractor at the time of contract execution. The bonding company must have a Georgia resident agent.
