Yoshihiro Suchi will begin the role on 28 September and lead the French ECAs office in Tokyo.
Yoshihiro Suchi has been appointed as the country manager of Coface for Japan, the French export credit agency (ECA), said.
Suchi will begin the role effective 28 September and will be based in Coface's Tokyo office.
He will oversee business development and the operations of Coface's trade credit insurance and services activities in Japan.
Suchi replaces Bruno Tavernier, who has been in the position for the past four years.
Prior to joining Coface, Suchi was general manager of the specialty lines department of AIU General Insurance Co in Tokyo. He was also previously the company's trade credit and political risk manager.
